no i didnt get ripped off. the interior was trashed. although i did clean it the best i can. the car had no keys, the sunroof didnt close so water/snow/dirt got inside. it needed tires and some of the things in the enige compartment needed replacing. although it still did have that super rare cover that went over the distributor to help prevent fires. and mine even said TRD on it. it had alot there. but it still needed more. there was some body damage aswell. right rear quarter panel, driver door/fender, some damage on the hood. needed a windsheild. etc.
i tried parting it out, but due to my location and not willing to ship parts it was kinda hard. besides i couldnt do much with the car myself (time and lack of a place to work on it) so i figured that id give someone the oppertunity to work on it. and as it so happens, Jake, the kid i sold the car to is now using it as a daily driver. a car with alot of time and money put into it.
like i said. i didnt pay anything for it, i got the title and bought a manual for it. i was in it about 100 bucks. i made over 100% profit on the car. regardless of how much i sold it for. i still talk with Jake who, like i said. is putting it to good use. he actually went out and bought a nice set of rims for it aswell. some 3 spoke black ones. they were nice.
