depends on the event runner. The club i ran with only charged $190. Usually it's around 3-400, but only laguna seca is that expensive. Thunderhill, buttonwillow, sonoma are usually cheaper but they're all 3+hours away from me.

190/day i guess?

yea $190 for the day. We got seven 20 minute sessions, first group ran at 9am, and it ended around 4-5pm.

Looks like you had a blast...how is your driver's side front strut/shock looking? I noticed a lot of strain during the run..

Yea i know its not a race, but that track is too big for my taste, im european, i like my tracks thin with alot of curves

How much do you pay to drive on that track?

the hairpin at laguna seca is pretty much the tightest turn on a race track

Like when you're turning and you run over the red/white lined parts, isn't there some transfer friction + gravity onto the shocks/struts?

:edit

I'm just wondering because I used to beat up my Camry through turns when I had it and the struts went out pretty quick. (then again it was a '91 Camry in the year of '08)

na not that i really noticed. The coilovers had around 40k miles on them full of canyon roads, autox, and off roading before this track day, and still felt good on the day i sold the car. They were kw v3's so out of the box they were basically track ready.
