tahoe is paid off and I owe a very very small amount on my mustang (enough to build me some credit before I make my next big purchase - house/condo) - will be paid off in full in the next 1.5 years to establish maximum credit.

And yes I was a valet but I made over 28k in 1 year working 13 hours a week.... but I do not valet anymore as they shut down the main club I used to park for. at my peak I was making 1 grand a week, which is about how much I make make with my current job with overtime lol.

I also invested a significant amount in stocks which I have set aside for a mortage/downpayment on a house/condo

investing is really the way to go once you have a significant amount of money saved up

Nice.. I knew a few valet people that made good money. What club did u work for? I used to work near balboa so Ive seen my fair share of bitchen cars but havent had the chance to drive um ;P

I didn't work for any specific club, I was in the middle of 3 big ones in old town. The owner (one of my regulars) told me that the clubs were built for 3 classes of people. One was geared towards the lower class/black people. Second was for everyone, had a huge dance floor with awesome DJ's. Third was upper class and had strict dress code, aka had to throw a lot of money to get in or get a table.

I had about 20 regulars who would come in every friday/Saturday night and would throw me 20+ dollars each. One of my regulars had a rolls royce phantom and never threw me under 50$, and typically threw me 100$ for the phantom, plus 20$ per car he brought in. Dude was a baller. Easily threw me over a couple grand in the year I worked that lot.
Not to mention....

I had tons of sports players, which worked out fucking perfect for me because: they would bring their friends (all rich friends) who would throw me shit tons of money. The LOWEST I ever made on a saturday was 250$ and that was in 6.5 hours of work..... do the math on my hourly Also my typical saturday was about 400-450, best I ever did was a little over a hundo an hour on New years. but tbh that was only because 3 of my regulars came in and threw me hundos. And anytime 1 person throws you a 100$ tip, your gonna have a good night.

And this was back when the clubs were bangin.... I always saved my top spots for my regulars, which made my lot look exclusive with the sick cars they brought in. People would throw me money just to be able to see their car up front when everyone was leavin the club.

Was good times but they shut down one of the clubs that 75% of my regulars/football players went to. That + summer = dead for my lot so I stopped working valet. Might go back come season, but we'll see.
