Nice!
How's the visibility with those side windows covered?
Any plans for her?

At first I hated them...it's really bad when coming out of a u-turn under an overpass. But the side mirrors have that blind spot mirror in the corner so that makes it a lot easier any other time making me hate them a lot less. I originally planned on ripping them off before I left the dealer lol.

She has a Borla exhaust and a cai already (they both were already on it). I plan on leaving it that way for a while to be honest...probably give it a proper tuning pretty soon though.

As far as cosmetics I plan on powder coating the rims (black) and eventually getting the windows re-tinted.

Do you ever have a hard time with the blind spot mirrors being so small? I've been thinking about getting them for my SUV.

Nah just had to get used to them. Pretty easy to quickly look at both of them quickly now. I like em

I had a 5 panel mirror at one point, which worked amazingly. ZERO blind spots, but with the way my SUV is setup, I had to remove the visors in order for the mirror to fit.

Well, I use my visors 24/7 because of the sun (especially on my way to work in the mornings). So I ended up getting rid of it. I'll have to look into those small ones for my side mirrors now.

/e Or I may get a broadway mirror too.

My new car - only about 2 weeks old. Brand new 13' Driver's Edition GTI. (Fully loaded) love this car a lot! I've always wanted a GTI now I got one. Anxious to get started on doing things to it once registration is done next weekend on the 1st.

I love the new rims that come on the gti's
Much nicer than those circle cut older style ones they used.

Yep they work wonders when you get used to them.

I like how these are built into the mirror instead of like a stick on.
