The best bang for your buck is a downpipe and stage 2 tune. Intake is useless. Exhaust won't do much but change the sound, little extra power.

No idea what I'm talking about? I guess the fact I build drag cars I would have no clue  The stock turbo in the A4 uses the IS20, same as the GTI, which is small. It won't benefit from more IAT's that the larger turbos will. Which is why all you need is a high flow filter to achieve the same results as it already has a air intake that is grabbing air through the front bumper, just like aftermarket ones. While the exhaust isn't as free flowing as the GTI counterpart you're only going to get about 12 horsepower from it (dyno proven) which to the wheels with a 20% drivetrain loss is only about 10hp. Plenty of exhausts for the A4 are $1,000 or more. I buy a downpipe for $400 dollars and a GIAC stage 2 tune for $550 and go from about 225 to about 30 horsepower. But sure, what do I know?  (For a side night the fastest quarter mile times for the EA888 Gen3 engine, which is what the B9 A4 has that the guy asking owns, all the top cars are running stock exhaust with stock intake. But what do 500 horsepower cars know either)

Triggered, nah. Just funny how somebody with obviously zero experience is going to try to call somebody else and say their wrong when they know nothing. Just no point in wasting this guys time and giving him false information when I'm trying to genuinely help them. If you don't know enough, you shouldn't even have an opinion on the subject. Which you clearly don't.

Not mad. People are just stupid. Everybody has an opinion on stuff they know nothing about. Why waste time and spring misinformation if you don't know? Nothing wrong with not knowing until you talk bullshit.

you need more than a downpipe to benefit from the stage 2 tune lol

Um, no you don't? Considering the requirements for a stage 2 is literally downpipe. Which is literally what my Volkswagens GLI has. The requirements on various tuner's GIAC, Integrated Engineering, and etc are only downpipe. But let me guess, you know more than the companies do who produces the mods?
