Hey guys,

So I have an 09 g37x thats been sitting for almost a year, been starting it roughly twice a month just so that the battery doesn't die.
I did a major service with the infiniti dealership at 50k and the cars currently sitting at 73k. I was wondering is there anything necessary
that needs to be done to ensure the cars fine? I booked an appointment and they advised me a minor service costing roughly $350 which only
covers an oil change and a "check-up" which I feel is just a money grabber. Since I've done a major service about 20k ago,
would the car be fine despite it sitting around for a year? Friend suggested just an oil change would be sufficient since everything came up fine when I did the major checkup.

Any input/thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Change engine oil and filter.
Fuel additive, fill up.
Check tires and tire pressure consistently for the first week or so.

$350.00 for a "check up." That's fucking ludicrous.
There is no such thing as a check up.
Either there's a problem they need to fix or there isn't.

Price of an oil change - 25.00-40.00
Price of an engine scan - Free at most auto parts stores.

Last tip. Get a car wash =p

An oil change is all that is really needed. The tires will be flat spotted for a good while but they should round out after several heat cycles.
