hey guys, i'm losing license for a year due to my own stupidity next monday and I was wondering
if you guys can give me any knowledge before parking the car? like any services like oil change
or any maintenance if the cars going to be parked for a year? Also what precautions should I take
when I start the car up again next year?

I'll be turning the car on every 2 weeks or so. If you guys could offer any other knowlege on how to
maintain the car it'll be greatly appreciated.

why the fuck wouldn't you just sell the car if you're losing your license? Go buy a bike, but first tell us the story of how you lost your license.

Drain all fluids from the motor and refill it when you get your license back, disconnect the battery too

Gas goes bad too so get all that out

Do a fresh oil change right before you store it, and do one before you get back on the road. By cranking it up every week or so, you won't need to drain anything.

if you have a garage, just put the car up on all 4 jack stands, only if you intend to not have anyone ever drive it. If you're going to turn the car on every 2 weeks, no need to drain anything.

This. Don't listen to the people telling you that you have to drain nd disconnect battery... Are you kidding? You can't drive it on the road, Turning it on and driving like up and down driveway/a lap around in the court isn't gonna get your in trouble.

u should sell the car.

the car is gonna depreciate and cost you (on other stuff) a few thousand during that year.
