But when you get into more private companies like Boston Acoustic/ RE Audio/etc, then you're on a whole new field.

Boston is great. I have boston home audio speakers. onkyo receiver.
I would put them even close to jl on car audio though man..

and I will get an accurate reading on this upcoming dB-drag comp. I have a remote line this time and an accurate decible reader (I was in a minor comp a couple months ago) - it fucked my ears having to sit inside my car

I don't know about companies, I just know technical aspects to things, and id rather make a few less dB and have a much cleaner sound. JL's aren't known for SQ

But like I said, I spent 500 bucks and im pushing almost 130. And my interiors aren't even amped.

I'm all about clarity.. I have 4 crossovers and a great 4 channel amp. 2 tweeters. I love my set up. re-wiring my door speakers/rear speakers wasn't too fun though
