Well for my senior project, I am to tutor somebody.
I picked computers. Like what parts there are and
types. But I need images. Does anybody here have
sources for some processor and types and ram? Plus
Hard drive and motherboards?

But mainly I need help making a slideshow. Like the info I need.
And pictures.

Thanks

Do this for your tutorial. While you're at it, stick with the hardware forum instead of programmer's haven.

Thanks! That first link will help a lot. But I use newegg quite a bit. I never see images like this one.
I see one that was kinda crappy, but it had lost of pictures of processors together with the name and type.

Make them yourself...? Check newegg for different options for each component, open up ms paint, put them together.

Recommend any way to get them? Should I get them all? Or should I just get a few examples?

i dont even know the purpose of this. can you give a 1-2 sentence thesis or whatever? sounds like it's a high school project. that means you're not actually tutoring anyone? just getting the materials then doing a 20 min presentation in class? showing 10 different processors, ram sticks, mice, etc doesn't sound very good. imo just bring a computer to school in pieces, explain each one, then assemble it. for your powerpoint or whatever it is that presumably goes in the background, include a pic of each part on your actual computer along with an explanation of its purpose in a computer so the audience can follow along. or better yet, make a youtube video of you doing it then explain what you're doing in person along with some noob tips. eg: to speed up your computer cheaply, buy more ram. use ssd for os and normal hd for your stuff. if you dont game, go for a crappy video card. go over moore's law and include snippets of ads for computers every year for the past 5 years for price/time comparison

This is a senior project. We are supposed to tutor or be tutored. I choose to tutor my friend on how to build a computer and what the parts do
and where they go. And what you said will work very good. Its just I would like them to know more about the types of item and myself.

Thanks for the help.
