Its ok that minister asks another ministers not to talk too much about Ukraine failure to defend Mariupol and evacuate their troops.
Russia does exactly opposite, they try to make as much noise about it as possible, so this is basically a counter-propaganda.
Also western national media, which is funded by National taxes, support their host country politics, they are not to repeat hostile country ones, rotfl.

You cant really expect French taxpayers to finance Russian propaganda in France, while they send howitzers to combat Russia, rotfl.

Hostile side can't evacuate. They take captives. Same goes to retreat from Kyev. To not be biased.

You're reading it wrong. Letter was sent to EU (if this letter is real) and in layman's terms it says Russia won't exchange the nazis they captured, asks Ukraine's EU allies to shut up about Mariupol / Azov nazis and asks EU to censor state media (to make them shut up about Azov nazis)

Read again, I wrote that Ukraine failed to evacuate their troops. Or at least meant that.
But really we dont know exact terms between Ukraine and Russia for Azov troops. We knew Red cross was involved, and UN, and that it was loud thing back then.
Now its up to Ukraine and Russia to negotiate prisoners exchange.
