The SCOTUS blocking the Biden Administration's attempt to use OSHA to enforce a vaccine mandate was honestly a no brainer.
Code
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Chris Cuomo asked "where does it say protest has to be peaceful?" The direct answer is the simple question of "Where does it say you have a right to protest?" The basic idea (related to Union Picket lines) behind protest being legal based on the First Amendment was the requirement that they be "peaceful". Because all a picket line was was people peaceably assembled. Once any violence or criminal activity occurred, it became no longer Constitutionally guaranteed.
Now onto vaccine mandates and Lockdowns: The easiest way to think of business in general is the peaceable assembly of people to conduct business. This is protected activity. Now, the government did give itself the right to tax that form of assembly, and that's fine. However, when they attempt to stop that form of assembly, or coerce it in any way, they're in violation of the First Amendment.
