I'm saying that it doesn't matter what the video says. If the CDC actually said that you should be directly quoting the publication from the CDC. Why would you ever use a secondary source when the primary source is publicly available?
However, probably 99.9% of the time this is the case (where a primary source is available and somebody links a YouTube video) the primary source doesn't actually say what they claim it does and they're just telling lies.
