The group is from russia, the event is "international" and is held in Belarus. But seeing how Belarus is just a vassal state it doesn't matter much.

Seems like both sides are confirming a massive Ukrainian counterattack in Severodonetsk. We'll probably need to wait a few days to get reliable estimates but it seems like Russian commanders made a pretty egregious tactical error. I still think that Russia eventually takes the city because it's not strategically important for Ukraine but it's geopolitically important for Russia (it allows them to "fully liberate" Luhansk oblast).
