I like how Schiff asked Fiona Hill if she wanted to answer the question that Wensthrup didn't ask. Then changed the word answer to respond. Hill said yes, and she at least didn't act like a Dems and abuse that permission from Schiff.

hearsay is evidence both in and out of court, it's just not admissible in court.

hearsay is fine to present in an impeachment, its also fine for the opposition to call it hearsay, repeatedly.

hearsay = evidence =/= admissible evidence in court
