yeah but DACA only exists because Republicans wanted it too, or at least never wanted to get rid of it.
They could have forced the court cases through and struck it down just like DAPA. Even Trump won't go near it, only holding it as a bargaining chip.

Yea but there was no spectacle. Democrats went out of their way to assassinate Kavanaugh and even Gorsuch. Democrats went out of their way to paint DACA as a miracle. Republicans sat and nodded.

Give me a fucking break. Democrats focused the Kavanaugh hearings on sexual assault 30 years ago because they knew it was a loser strategy. They could have nailed him to a wall over bank fraud and financial crimes and conspiracy but they didn't even bring up Deutsche Bank once (because they are also connected). They just wanted to make noise to drum up donations. Same thing with all the impeachment nonsense they don't intend to go through with. It's all smokescreen. Both parties are ramming through an authoritarian agenda in tandem while making noise on peripheral issues to blind you from the truth.
