The people in power that have everything to lose including their wealth, power and lives =/= the rest of the people of Ukraine. You think if all Ukrainians wanted to fight the gov't would have completely shut down the borders for males 18-60?

I see a ton of first hand footage of Ukrainian soldiers refusing to fight, refusing to go to the front, and so on. Many of these people are forced to the front even thought they aren't actual soldiers. In some cases they are threatened at gunpoint or prison if they try to leave and go back home even though they're not part of the formal military. Do you think a 40 year old that was forced to join the territorial defense forces in Lviv under the impression of defending his home who later finds out he's actually going to be told to go to the Donbas has the right to say no that's not what i signed up for?

Fighting for freedom is worth dying for when the alternative is extremely bad. You guys paint a picture that the latter scenario is some life or death slave like existence, when in reality the alternative is how life was in 2010.

The source you provided, which is a bullshit source, states very clearly that "genocide" as a description is under hot dispute. That, however is not relevant. What is relevant is that it was the Soviet Union responsible for the events of the Holodomor. The Soviet Union is not around. Russia, in it's current state, dates all the way back to the ripe old birthing age of 1992.

And you've just made the point better than anyone else could have. I've asked multiple times and NEVER received an answer: What has Russia done to deserve enemy status from the United States? The answer, as you just posted, is that they were part of the USSR. Therefore, I suppose we must murder them all. It is also a verifiable fact that today's Ukrainians brand themselves with swastika tats and celebrate Bandera's life every year in a national holiday.
