In spring 2021, we didn't even deal with Delta yet, so these numbers can reasonably be expected to be significantly lower than in the chart, now that we're dealing with Omicron. My takeaway would be that both sides wearing N95's might still offer a reasonable amount of protection for a limited timeframe, but that any other combination of masking will do jackshit.

I havent seen any n95s around. People are wearing cheap x20 for €5 masks or just bandanas on flights. I've been on on 2 flights since dec 10th with this being the case, and atm im on my holidays on which i havent put mask once, as no1 around me wears then. Sales people, waiters, cab drivers,.. Its been like that in here since the beginning, 45% vaccination rate or lower, people living their lives normally in no fear.



He did decline participating when they set up rules of mandatory vaccination.
After his rejection, they made an exception for novak and invited him to play with a negative test only, which he agreed to. He never had any media scandals regarding vaccination rules, never called them out saying he should be allowed to play etc.
He simply said "no" and they changed rules for him
