Even dumber than your usual shite. Russia doesn't produce any advanced technologies, if it was easy to produce the likes of advanced semiconductors then more countries than Taiwan would do it. Russia exports resources, they don't have advanced skill in technology as you can see by the distinct lack of Russian technology companies
The rubble hasn't officially collapsed because the government has put strict measures in place to stop people and companies converting their currencies into proper ones or divesting. The kick the can down the road economic policies employed by Russia will only hasten the deck of cards falling down, whether that's in a few months or few years
