Everything she says is just so damn reasonable. She'll be a great judge.

and yet she has to sit there and be grilled with absurd bloviating statements by unreasonable 70 year old swamp demon fossils and failed presidential candidates. and when they do get along to actually asking her a question it takes 3 mins for them to find the place on the script where they read off some absurd loaded question like “why do you hate children”

some of the questioning, like the legal right to vote vs legal right to own a firearm, was good. most of this is just circus theatrics and shuffling deck chairs on the titanic, she's getting in.

and therein is the problem. if it were 80-90% good questioning and 10-20% sounding offs then okay fine but the ratio is the opposite lmao

its the opposite because they have a hearing but the result is known.

if the senate were far closer and the GOP didnt have the votes we'd get a legit hearing.

legally the hearing cant be skipped, so here we are.

booker - this beaut brings up white supremacy to a woman who has two kids adopted from haiti (booker doesnt have any minority children, the racist that he is). and then he pretends to be upset that he has to talk about the topic he brought up!!

what a shitshow. legally the hearing should be 1 day if there is a nominee put forth that was already confirmed by the senate within the last 5 years or so
