for too long hearings have been clogged by a singular question, how would you vote on an abortion challenge.

i think a more prudent question would be asking how she would view presidential powers in disputes between states and the fed in future shut downs of areas. does she feel oversight alone is legal, or more harsh options.

I generally don't support term limits but looking at some of these people... maybe a 3 term limit on senators would make sense.

term limits wont come until there are artificial organs and implants to make life much longer. a 150 year old justice isnt at all what the founding fathers wanted. sadly until then we're stuck with 40 year long terms and geezer justices.
