There are no natural human rights. There are merely things we believe to be rights that we protect through some use of force. Current iteration in society is to establish the State as the definer, enforcer, and regulator of rights.
Private persons attempting to wield force in the abolition of the State do so not under the guise of natural rights, but of preferred rights that they're able to establish, define, and protect should they have a sufficient monopoly of power.
My position does not require you to reject your leftist god of government in favor of natural rights theory.
The government does not purport to give us our rights and no such government edict is required to be able to engage in security and defense services.
No monopoly on power is required to protect people and combat violent commies.
Nor is a private security force the state.
You have failed to prove the assertion that potential government restrictions on private security magically turn the private persons into the state.
You have lost the argument.
