Go back through the entire topic. Not a single person has argued that point. NOBODY. It's clearly murder. He continued to apply pressure after unconsciousness. The ONLY reason for doing so is to cause brain death.

Yes, i think the sentence should be exactly on the line in-between murder and incompetence.
/e it means fired for all of them + some years jail, like 3-5 for the one holding his head and 1-2 for the 2 others hollding the rest of his body.

3 years wouldn't be close to the minimum sentence for a second-degree murder charge, which is absolutely possible, given that Minnesota law allows for said charges to be brought, even without any intent, if there was willful disregard for the outcome of dangerous actions which result in a death.

Y for sure i was only able to give numbers we could have in France, may note down that "fired" means they will never be allowed to be cops again in public sector for their whole life.
