Absolutely wrong. Russia is using less than 10% of their military in Ukraine.

If they wanted to, they could open up another front in Poland, Moldova and Romania at the same time if they wanted, and still only use around 50% (or less) of their military forces.

It should also be noted that Ukraine had the biggest army in Europe and they have already been neutered to the point they cannot even engage in serious counter offensives. Now imagine what Russia could do to a country with an even smaller military than Ukraine.
