A few weeks ago Roberts refused to hear a case regarding mask mandates for air travel. Lower courts that have had hearings have primarily had issues with the particular mechanism for the enactment of a mandate & not with the governments general ability to do so.

PCR tests are not reading anything and have been called out on numerous times.
