Second dose relatively closely follows first dose. At any rate, my point had nothing to do, whatsoever, with whether Canada is utilizing their doses efficiently.
I think there's a misconception in this forum. There're so damned many windowlicking authoritarians screaming about what everyone else should be doing that reason is lost.
Most reasonable people say, "Hey, if there's an experimental vaccine that could help, then any known risks should be openly stated, and those most at risk should get the vaccine if they want it!" Based on the results of the vaccine from the at-risk groups, after some results come in, if the vaccine is determined to be both effective and not greater risk than reward, then less at risk groups can start taking it if they choose, after being informed of the known risks.
It's all about informed consent. You own yourself, nobody else does. Nobody has a right to inject you with experimental medication without your consent. The Nuremburg Code exists for a reason.
