I work in science. I have a better understanding of how its an iterative process than you ever will, which is why I've been right every step of the way and the anti-vaxers have had to continuously lie.

Doesn't matter. Constitutional rights are rights that are explicitly granted in the constitution. They are separate from other rights in that they have the highest standard to legislate against.

You can only restrict speech for a very good reason and in a highly specific way. All other rights have a lower standard
