Short version...

US sort of allows South Korea to use unlimited size warheads on it's missiles, but still with only 800Km range.


The 2nd link is about the US calling for all countries to stop dealing with NK, and to start sanctioning NK's oil.


you cant really sanction them much anymore lol all of the options the us has also bring consequences

Everybody says this. People are saying sanctioning nk will cause a global recession ... wouldn't it just be nk losing jobs? We (all other countries) can organise new trade deals around nk.

Aside from a ripple effect, what are some of the big issues there?

Enforcing it, anyone that breaks the sanction would have a pseudo monopoly
