You do know flu and covid are different diseases right? Like we can empirically distinguish flu from covid easily. If you want I can teach you how to do the test yourself at home, it'll cost you like $40 in supplies, no joke.

Flu cases and deaths dropped because social distancing and the other preventative measures nations went though in 2020 work. Covid is significantly more contagious and deadly than the flu which is why even with extreme measures that made flu virtually non-existent we still had covid spread and mortality.
