According to this picture, in Eastern Europe we have a large minority of people who dont want more jews as a citizens of their country. Notable exception is Ukraine, where jewish immigrants are more widely accepted.
Hovewer I believe it depends how is question asked, and what people understand.
For example, I believe I cannot permanently move to Israel as a polish person. I can go for holidays, spend my money on holidays there and that's it. Does it mean that Israelites are polish haters?
