Retardation : anything that does contradicts my beliefs which I got from TV is a conspiracy.

If I was the leader of a country, I would control it borders.
But in the middle of a world wide pandemic, I would 100% have that on lock down.
Yet borders are wide open the world over.
To illegals guaranteed not to be vax'd

Are you really asking the person who said the last administration did worse than nothing, if the leaders have been negligent?

I have no problem calling Western neoliberal governments criminally negligent in their handling of Covid. It's been piss poor.
