Zip code based funding also hurts poor white regions and cuts them off from funding by affluent-but-diverse urban and suburban areas. Imho, America's current system is predominantly set up to reduce social mobility and entrench class divides, which happens to correlate strongly with race.
Also, almost across the country, we always find a huge disparity in educational outcomes between black and brown children on the one side and children of east asian descent on the other, no matter which school district we look at. Even in deprived, heavily non-white places, Asians outperform their peers (white or non-white) by a substantial margin. So much so that certain woke politicians in NYC/LA/etc. implement explicitly discriminatory policies against them to mask or eliminate this inconvenient fact.

Regarding the inequality which exists as an echo of racist policies of the past, like redlining: the question is how to address this. Ibram X. Kendi and like-minded proponents of CRT are unapologetic in their idea of how to fix it:

This is of course a highly toxic approach since it would discriminate against poor whites as well as white immigrants who only arrived in the U.S. since, say, the 90s.
My approach therefore would be to implement colorblind policies which help all poor and working-class people irrespective of their race - the overrepresentation of non-whites in these categories means that such policies would automatically have a disproportionate effect on black and brown people and close racial inequality.

I also believe this approach to be better politics. Just compare the primary performance of "labor Bernie" in 2016 with that of "woke Bernie" in 2020: the first time around, he was able to mount a very strong and durable challenge to a candidate which had the overwhelming support of the party elites and the media since the start of the campaign. During his second run, he got a headstart against a highly fractured field, but was quickly blown out of the water anyway as soon as the party establishment coalesced around a single candidate.

When the United States paid reparations to the families of the Japanese people they forced into internment camps, do you think that was "racism now to correct past racism", and do you disagree with it?

However, a research paper was later published by Egyptian scientists, including Health Minister Hala Zaid, suggesting that some underestimation may have in fact taken place, and that the actual number of COVID-19 cases in Egypt as of 31 March 2020 could have been between 710 and 5,241 cases, potentially up to seven times higher than the recorded official number at the time.[92] This was followed on 21 May 2020 by Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, the Minister of Higher Education, suggesting that the true number of COVID-19 cases at the time might have been at least 71,145.[93]

Let’s unpack this. All countries are built on slavery and through conquest. Everyone has been a slave somewhere. There is slavery, today, outside the US, and even in it from drug cartels kidnapping illegals. It’s cool Canada wants to not go back to slavery I get that. It’s why we learn about hitler too. BUUUUUTTTTTTTTT I remember being called a nazi for 8 straight years by over privileged children and useless adults sucking government teet money.

Are you looking to improve society or just stick your nose up at people? I see a lot of nimbys, not in my back yard. A teenager in college at a prestigious university said that he didn’t deserve to go there because he’s taking the place of a black student, then he was asked if he would give up his tuition to a black student and he said well no, I need to go to school. And he was right for a brief moment in his spoiled ignorant life.

Yes countries are built on conquest, exploitation, etc. Yes, most peoples have been mistreated at some point in time, some more than others, obviously. I dont deny any of those things nor do I believe in monetary compensation as reparations for the simple fact that giving individuals significant compensation who don't have any experience with wealth management will likley not lead to generational wealth and betterment.

I do believe its important for people to understand history though and its impact on current day. In my example for instance if you didn't you would think its a bunch of half developed idiots when really its not the case. Its just their time being conquered was not long ago. Were talking 40 years ago not thousands. Much like slavery is not that long ago. We're still obviously going to see impacts on today's communities, since they have had significantly less time to build estate wealth that gets handed generation to generation. Its not black people are born stupid so look they have accomplished less.

Its important to recognize things like this so programs can be developed to essentially catch people up. If we're all to be on equal ground again, which, as a progressive society, is ultimately the goal.

Studies are showing the Omnicorn is many times more transmissible but replicates inside the body much more slowly than the initial variant, so it usually manifests as a minor cold unless you are wildly susceptible.
