I have a salt lamp. Its pretty and I find the color calming.

When people say "oh are you worried about negative ions" I roll my eyes and my wife gives me the look to not call them morons.

i only use warm incandescent light sources, and firelight to purge the pineal gland from Led light & all those it infects. The cool light is for the cold blooded
lunatics who are quite literally into that spiritually blinding white light and thusly are none the wiser.

Anyone who is spiritually awakened can perceive if not feel the negative affect artificial light has especially on your heart chakra.
