Nope, that was just a huge misunderstanding and mistakes done by both Poles and Ukrainians 80-100years ago.
After eastern Ukraine fallen to USSR occupation, prewar Poland decided to keep western Ukraine in Poland, so that together we could resist Russia aggression more effectively. So it had some justification, but it was a wrong choice, Polish leaders didnt expect that Ukrainians want to be Independent so badly, and it didnt work out and we pissed them off.
We shouldnt have try to make western Ukraine part of Poland. Ukrainians also could have behaved better, they overreacted if you ask me.
These were old times, old mistakes of our ancestors, we aint gonna make them again, lol.
And Ukrainians like the polish people now too.
