The evidence indicates he may have had a heart attack before they even restrained him, and the evidence does not indicate asphyxia or strangulation
It says the force used probably contributed to his death, but probably is a long way from "undoubtedly"

The only reason for haste to charge before the facts came in- facts which may establish their case and indeed prove murder- is that they wanted to appease the mob at the expense of due process.

insurance companies don't get money from nowhere, everyone pays
it means either insurers run out of money and can't make payouts, and/or premiums skyrocket for everyone, and/or tax money pays insurer deficits

look at Obamacare, they paid out huge amounts of new healthcare benefits and it cost everyone.
