There are things that happen on their own, such as having cancer, people killing other people...etc. And being gay is no different. I guess you can try and argue that they are all "natural", but my question then would be, are they desirable?
I don't see how just because homosexuality has exited for ages and has occurred naturally, suddenly it means it's no longer a perversion. According to your definition of "natural", a necrophiliac is also natural.
I want to emphasize that when people use the word natural, there is an implication that this is something that is desirable. Something that naturally occurs and that is also desirable gets called natural. Something that occurs but is undesirable doesn't get called that, except by people like you.
Good, you took a good step. What is natural is not necessarily good.
People who use "natural" to mean "good" are wrong. We actually have a name for it. The naturalistic fallacy.
So now, we know that being gay is natural. Now, if its desirable is an opinion. Different people desire different things. I don't desire homosexuality to exist, but I also don't desire that it stop existing. I am indifferent to it as a phenomena.
