I agree that in international politics feelings do not apply. It's quite ugly, the strongest get what they want usually.

If Russia didn't possess nukes the Western coalition would have dogpiled on them and turned the country into another Syria, Libya or Afghanistan. Nobody would give a damn and surely not people like or any other raging far lefties.

I means posting old schoolar conference and changing the title following your beliefs was just the ultimate humiliation.

I have a uneasy relationship and at some point a distaste for extreme left.
My view on world issues are on the pragmatic side, what works and what doesn't and what is needed for the population of my country and what is in the interest of my neighbours and everyone else and how things can be negotiated, worked out and co exist that a certain amount of peace can be achieved.

Understanding my neighbour's culture and their red lines and what can be discussed and what cannot be discussed. That will ensure some kind of peace along the way.
