1. I dont understand this. In what time period are you saying there was a massive nato presence in Ukraine ?
2. Russia losing its puppet government (a fact) - how are you linking this to 1, if 1 is not true ?
3. interference, corruption, threat etc. I think this would have and will continue to go in ukraine for a long time, regardless of who is in government ( i would say that if government is a puppet for russia it would have more of these issues).
4. i dont think russia invaded ukraine because this politician was poisoned.

overall im not quite sure what you are trying to tie together here. can you say it a different way ?

Russia is losing.

1. It's not "did", i fixed it: it's "would". The only motive is to get Ukraine as a vassal.
2. No, Russia losing as keeping Ukraine vassal, so invade, involving some Nato, nazis, reasons.
3. We are talking about Russia bad influence. But you can say "they are all the same" if you want, even if it's deeply stupid.

Losing what Twitter battles? Hundreds of Ukrainians are dying everyday while slowly loosing territory in the east.

This is the problem that annoys me in the west, inaccurate hopium that led to the destruction of a country with thousands dying. If only we had a sober view of reality.

1. if nato had a presence in ukraine today it would be WW3.
2. ultimately its ukraine that wants to be part of nato. is nato all open arms ? yes. however, i would point out that i have repeatedly said throughout this thread that nato should not have entertained ukraine's wish to join it, as nato was all open arms, i would say this did destabilize the region, as was clearly pointed out over a decade ago.
3. i was not talking about russian bad influence. i also did not say that ukraine would be the same regardless of how the government was aligned. ukraine not being part of nato could have still have been part of the EU. sure if the government was a puppet government for russia they would grow slower, but i did not bring this argument to the table (even if the argument is sound).
4. yes that politician was poisoned, also yes i believe he would be poisoned because he is not pro russian, but as mentioned previously there are alot of questions as to what actually happened, who poisoned him and why (for sure it looks like pro russians poisoned him).

if you can provide any further comments / information re: what actually happened (for point 4) it would be appreciated. i tried repeatedly to find stuff but it was like falling down a well, nothing clear and visible.

1. It's not the case and you have no proof of this.
2. It's Ukraine that was trying to get rid of Russia absorption. Could have been nato or anyone, they were just looking for help.
3 & 4. You can't ignore Russia agressive behavior, gave money to all nationalist parties in Europe, Russia is just a nuisance.
