Its called "civil libertarianism". Most people wouldn't know it if it got naked and danced around wearing only a sailor's hat in front of them.

So if I don't support denying a guy accused of police brutality his civil rights and due process and support the lynch mob, I'm not a real civil libertarian?
I guess that makes sense in the same world that thinks that if you don't give preferential treatment to certain classes of people based solely on their race, you can't call yourself an egalitarian.

I did. People can be critical of a system while still existing in such a system that doesn't allow for other options. That doesn't make it ironic.
