5k US dollars instantly? That's around half an average annual wage in Russia. Given how much poverty there still exists in Russia, that's a really attractive offer, particularly since the job doesn't require a high formal qualification.

It does. They are being trained in Spetznaz High School in Chechnya for two weeks or so.

Two weeks of training is basically the definition of low qualification job...

Imo general mobilization is only a possibility and they are recruiting "experts" to prepare a plan
