Getty Images doesn't put up fake images for sale. Another image there shows a different page with the same handwriting.

Out of those 12 or so images, not one of them shows Trump with THOSE notes in his hand. No face + THOSE notes.
You'd think Getty could manage to get a pic like that. :/

I'm not sure you fully understand what triggered means.

Someone not caring if they get a warn or not would fall under not triggered.
