Kind of , but the Media and influence from both the DNC and GOP have blinded their citizens so much that I feel sorry for them.
Just look at USA state of affairs.
All the money going to war can be used for their own citizens and upgrade infrastructure and they are not.

Another huge issue is privatize military industry complex.
Weapons building should be state owned or semi state own and not private.

My question: which country, in-between China and Russia is violating the most human rights, freedom, press etc... ?

That is without a doubt, USA have already prepared for this since the Clinton Administration.
The Media and fourth estate ability to turn their citizen against one another i.e Republicans and Democrats
And their ability to turn their citizens to their purported common global " enemy " is bar none.

With the advancement of technology and social media this has become a more than viable warfare. I would say conventional and nuclear weapons are nothing compared to this.
Because it has the ability to turn the entire world against you.

Please also note that most of the media and tech comes from the states.
Google, Facebook, instagram , Twitter... these are American owned platforms which covers or is being used by at least and conservatively speaking 70% of the world.
