Except it's passed trials with a stronger degree of certainty than most other vaccines. Typical vaccine trials are ~10k people. The Pfizer Covid vaccine had 40k participants and was effective beyond any reasonable doubt.
Yes, you don't have to take it if you don't want to. You have a right to autonomy and nobody is going to hold you down and force you to take it, but in states that are right-to-work it's also within your boss's rights to fire you for any reason, including refusing to get a vaccine. I mean, they might not say "for refusing the vaccine" but since it's right to work they can say just about anything or nothing at all and will win by default. Hooray Republican policy!
