Really? Does this mean that in the US, it's legal for an american to say he wants to kill all the Chinese people in China?

Also, maybe Nestle isn't criminally liable in the states, but isn't there some sort of international tribunal that can punish this sort of crime? Crimes against humanity and such.

yes, just as legal as it would be for that person to be fired from their job for having said it.

the UN imposes sanctions on nations, not corporations, typically. although im sure in some European countries Nestle could be sued for the practice. idk.
