How do you know what he meant? You can't read his mind. For all we know, he could have really sinister motives towards us.

All these things, vaccines, health care, reproductive health services... etc are just euphemism for non-consensual depopulation efforts. Of course, as a clueless lefty, you applaud and defend him.
