Is the Russian stock exchange fully open to everybody so that western investors can sell their Russian assests? Or they are still Frozen?
You can buy rubles by euros/dollars. But you cant really freely buy USD/EUR with rubles. Even more, companies trading with west are forced to exchange great part of their EUR/USD income for rubles.
That makes Russia currency bascislly unchangable, and force people to use a Black market.
Given that you can declare any rate Russia wants, it hasn't much to do with real currency.
Also please note that Russia doesnt publish data about its tresury. Guess why it is? Of course because its sinking, even though Germany fucked up with their gas addiction.

It is a ratio for those who will pay for gas. Everyone who is paying euros for Russian gas is paying it in roubles and thus supporting ongoing conflict. You are amongst them. During the ww2 Russia fully ocupied part of Poland.
After the war you bastards also killed our soldiers, and everybody who protested against Russia occupation.
We fought together with Nazis during the war, side by side, Russian and Polish, then after the "liberation" you guys catched our soldiers and killed them.
It was some time ago, now Russia has greatly improved their genocides tactics, sadly. There are even worse things going on in Ukraine today, so did the Russia genocide in Chechenya.

Its oversimplification.
Sending Russia 1000usd doesnt really mean that they will buy a Rocket and fire it on Ukraine. You need a political will of some other country willing to sell the Rocket to Russia, and there arent many as I'm aware that has both spare Rockets and will to sell them to Russia.
Russia also needs money to keep their own people at least moderately content.
So it kind of simply evens sanctions and we are neutral in total I think, dont have hard numbers though.
Eu has already blocked Russia coal import, you cannot buy it in Poland for like a month already.
We dont have Russia gas either now.
That leaves us with oil. We are open market in EU, Poland cannot ban import without our partners. As one could simply drive oil truck from Germany to us since there are no borders. And we are working hard on it in EU.
In the meantime, I work mainly remotely, while there is war, and will continue so even if I love air conditioning in our office during the summer.
I hope my company makes a decision to at least limit airconditioning this year, to save energy.
I also make regular bank transfers to bank of Ukraine, and help local refugees and charities. Made some woman friends for the first time in my computer geek life, and met many great and polite kids. Kids from Ukraine are I think even politer than our own little spoiled western kids.
Do you know why i write so much here lately? Not only because I would like our western people the truth about "Russian dominion" and what it really means, but also because i simply catched cold and stay home not to pass it to others, lol

As I told you some people helped nazists because they were prisoners as well and had to obey nazists orders to live.
Every country have some bad people minority, prisons are always full.
Poland is not exception, Im not going to tell you otherwise.
So Im sure there were some bad people, who were helping nazists for money.
I could somehow understand these who were starving, and needed money to buy food, but its obvious there was some small minority that wasnt starving.
But to extrapolate that on whole nation is very bad.
Polish people were the most numerous awarded with jewish "Righteous Among the Nations", even though the nazi law in Poland was more strict than in western nations, and there was a death sentence for helping jewish.

Can you then imagine me helping Ukrainian Territory Defense to buy helmets because they only were given AK's. Donating refugees (those who had no money to leave the country) to buy insulin because their government were busy enough to ban opposition on Youtube and Facebook. I'm not tolerating nazis and I have no sympathy for orcish maniacs and rapists as well. So if you are feeding Ukrainian propaganda to me then I will reply with Russian propaganda but if you are doing it the same way with the Russian one don't be surprised that I would answer with Ukrainian. It is my point of view. You may agree or disagree but everyone here know what I stated 2 months ago: the one bombing the pipeline will be considered a force of Truth. Yet no one did it.
