No, I think a lot of people in the world thinks that Taiwan is Anti China.
Because most of the times you only listen to News in English and more often than not you get information from American Media. Voice of Asia etc etc

There is about 20 percent or less who wants independence
30 percent wants re unification .
The rest wants to keep status quo.

30 to 36 % believes that the USA will help Taiwan if something happens
The rest do not believe.

There are Anti American sentiments in Taiwan.
I have to say I am lucky because I can understand Chinese.

ya i dont do a lot of reading on it but didnt think that like 75% of people want independence.

my question was more does China interfere through censorship of any anti-China news from being broadcast, like are they allowed to even report that there is anti-China sentiments. independence demonstrations, etc.

They allow selected Anti Chinese Sentiments from American Media or should I saw American, British, Australia and Canada Media New Zealand is quite friendly to China due to trade.
They allow people to see Anti Chinese Sentiments media from " 5 Eyes " to rile up patriotism and nationalism.

Anti Chinese Sentiment information from Taiwan are lesser.
Anti China Sentiments during the Hong Kong protest are shown, but being explained in a different manner.
