Here’s where I think there is a unique juxtaposition with some contradictory emotions and actions taken. The data overwhelms shows that in fact intra-racial homicides are much more common than system white cops murdering blacks. Whether it’s white on white, Hispanic on Hispanic, or black on black. It’s never brought up that Tyrone, a loving family man was gunned down by some gangster thug in the projects. Instead it’s actually praised that people “don’t snitch” or don’t cooperate with the authorities. So the challenge is how can we collaborate as communities to bring justice to black lives - where people refuse to bring evidence for justice in the name of not being a “pig lover”... we could stop a lot of these black on black homicides before they get to that level if the narrative wasn’t “cops are evil and out to get blacks” but that narrative will be overwhelmingly drowned out by “systemic racism” example like George Floyd and Philando

They don't even have the coroner's report, and he's clearly being given less due process than an ordinary civilian would at this point.

"white help" wont be accepted earnestly for decades. any strides are washed away by pre civil rights mentality. the black community simultaneously blames white ruling classes for gang and also glorifies gang life. its a cycle that wont be broken for a long time, just like there are similarly problematic mentalities among white people that linger for generations.

I wish this was the narrative being talked about because self hatred and irrational violence is a much greater problem than cops who go rogue and conduct themselves outside of protocols. Bring justice for George Floyd by trying him for murder, but then let’s examine the plank in our own eyes in our own communities. This is what really irks me about supposed “black leaders” who won’t even condemn irrational anger. It’s total madness
