And what most people mean by "Russia hacked the election" is the fact that they hacked the DNC and hacked various election-related sites, and had the capacity to change voter info in Illinois(and possibly elsewhere).

I'll start believing that our election's were hacking when Illinois goes red. That's pretty solid evidence.
