You're using really dumb restricitng definitions of "fight" there. Not a single person in the treatment group was hospitalized due to Covid over the trial in any of the vaccine trials. If you're going to be dumb at least choose something that isn't so easy to disprove.

Compared to what? The trial was measuring cold-like symptoms and used that as a metric.

The trial measured medical outcomes including hospitalization and severity of side effects. And it wasn't one trial, it's several trials for several different vaccines. And it was compared to the placebo group.

You should be ashamed to say you have any kind of science training. These questions are insanely easy to answer.
