That's logic. I could see a scenario like this playout. The people not willing to serf their life would have to go. One thing I noticed is fiat slaves don't usually add much value to society, they just want to work and be entertained. It could make sense because the people at the top already own or control most of the big companies in the world. That could be a risky short call on creativity.

A sad but true thing is it's much more easier to robotize everything. We've come to a place where it makes great sense researching UBI ideas because a shit ton of people should become unemployed in such a digitalized world. I believe that trend will massively accelerate in the upcoming decades, the tech is pretty much ready for it it's just that people aren't ready yet psychologically.
